MISSION STATEMENT
To establish a regional campus for higher learning that
would provide educational opportunities for students of all ages wishing to
pursue college, vocational or enrichment course work.
CENTER NEEDS
Need a place to rent, how about the
Great Waters Building? This building is a great place for small to mid
size groups. Seating for up to 75 is available.

"Beginning and advanced classes . The beginning
class is a repeat
of our winter 09 session. Class to begin Monday, February 1, 2010
and will be held on each Monday for a 4-week session. Time: 7-9.
Cost $100. Location: LaSalle High School Instructors:

will be offering Interpersonal Communication,
COM 170, during the winter 2010 session,
Participants would earn 3 hours of college credit from North Central Michigan
College. In order to go ahead with
this class, a minimum of 10 students is required. If this number is not reached,
the class will not be offered. Instructor: TBD. Possible free
tuition through Michigan Job Works to qualified applicants |

different courses during the winter semester –no driving to Petoskey or
Cheboygan in the snow!

Beginning October 7th, 2009 and offered through the 2010
winter/spring session, Carol Bell, owner and operator
of "The Cedars of Mackinac" will offer a series of classes from putting your
garden to bed to designing your own garden. See flyer for offerings.

Fall 2009-These are single session courses which focus on crafting an
item for your home or personal use. At the end of the class, take your
production home with you to enjoy. Materials will be supplied. Watch for
future offerings. An October and November Gourd Class is being scheduled.
